(4) Therapiedauer:
− Keine Klappenvegetationen oder Sondenvegetationen: Staph aureus 2-4 Wochen, andere Erreger 2 Wo.
− Klappenvegetationen (≈ Endokarditis-Therapie): Staph aureus , Enterokokken, gramnegative Erreger außer
HACEK: 4-6 Wochen. Streptokokken, HACEK: 4 Wochen.
− Sondenvegetationen und septische Streuung: 6 Wochen.
− Unkomplizierte Sondenvegetationen: 2-4 Wochen.
(5) Therapiedauer:
− Analog zur Prothesen-Endokarditis mind. 6 Wochen (4 Wochen nach Neu-Implantation). Keine
Klappenvegetation: nach 2-4 Wochen i.v. ist orale Umstellung möglich. Bei anhaltender Bakteriämie nach
Neu-Implantation gemäss Endokarditis-Leitlinie mind. 6 Wochen i.v.
