− bei frühen Protheseninfektionen (innerhalb ersten 4 Wo post-op) können Austausch entfernbarer Ober-
flächen + Debridement + biofilmaktive Antibiotika erfolgreich sein und komplette Explantation vermeiden
− DD Protheseninfektion vs Prothesenlockerung: Labor + PET-CT differenzieren
